Our dedicated staff works hard to make sure your pet feels comfortable and relaxed. Whether it’s their first sitting experience, or they’re seasoned regulars, their wellbeing is central to everything we do.

Cancellation Policy

We have a three day cancelation policy. If you cancel later than 12:00 p.m. three days before the booking begins, you'll receive a 50% refund for the first 7 days of booking. You'll receive a 100% refund for any days after that. Proof of up to date vaccines and a meet and greet are required in order to use our services. Any services that are booked and paid for without an initial meet and greet and proof of vaccines, are nonrefundable and will not be apply to future services.
